Social Executive

Chiswick, London | Full-time

Love Social Media? Turn Trends into Brand Growth.

We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Social Executive to help grow the digital presence of some of the UK's most loved food and beverage brands.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own social media channels, build engaged communities, spot trends before they become mainstream, and work with creators and influencers to deliver social-first campaigns that people genuinely want to engage with.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising social media channels across multiple brands.
  • Planning and maintaining social content calendars.
  • Growing online communities through engaging content and conversations.
  • Identifying trends, cultural moments and opportunities to increase brand relevance.
  • Building relationships with creators, influencers and brand advocates.
  • Monitoring social listening tools to understand audience sentiment and competitor activity.
  • Analysing channel performance and providing recommendations for growth.
  • Supporting integrated campaigns alongside Brand and Digital teams.
  • Producing monthly social media reporting and insights.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who spends as much time understanding social media as they do using it.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience managing social media accounts.
  • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators or online communities.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • An analytical mindset and a passion for understanding what drives engagement.
  • Experience with social media management and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud would be beneficial.
  • A genuine interest in digital culture, emerging trends and consumer behaviour.
