Social Executive

Help Shape the Social Presence of Some of the UK's Best-Loved Food Brands.

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Social Executive to join our growing Digital team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of social media. You'll be responsible for ensuring our social channels run smoothly day-to-day, from content scheduling and community management through to reporting, audience sentiment analysis and competitor monitoring.

You'll work across a portfolio of brands, supporting the delivery of social media campaigns and helping us make data-led decisions that improve engagement and drive performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing social media calendars and scheduling content across multiple platforms
  • Ensuring content is published accurately, on time and according to best-practice publishing schedules
  • Monitoring comments, messages and audience conversations, responding appropriately and escalating issues where needed
  • Supporting influencer and creator activity
  • Tracking audience sentiment, social conversations and competitor activity
  • Assisting with paid social campaigns alongside our agency partners
  • Preparing monthly social media reports and turning data into actionable insights
  • Using tools such as Meltwater and platform analytics to identify trends and performance opportunities
  • Working closely with Brand, Digital and agency partners to deliver social campaigns effectively

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from candidates who have experience in:

  • Social media management
  • Community management
  • Social media reporting and analytics
  • Content scheduling tools and content calendars
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
  • Monitoring social media performance and audience sentiment
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines

You'll Stand Out If You Have

  • Experience with Meltwater or other social listening tools
  • Exposure to paid social campaigns and Meta Ads
  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns
  • Knowledge of Reddit and online communities
  • Confident using data to make recommendations and optimise content performance
