OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our dynamic social media team. You’ll have a genuine passion for social media marketing, an eye for emerging platforms, and the curiosity to explore new technologies and the opportunities they bring.
In this role, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting creative campaigns, community management, and social reporting. No two days are the same—you’ll be helping brands spark conversations, build connections, and grow their presence across social platforms.
We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of creativity, curiosity, and a keen interest in social media trends. You’ll be excited to roll up your sleeves and gain hands-on experience, developing a wide range of skills in social media marketing while collaborating with some incredible brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Content Development: Support the planning, ideation, and scripting of monthly content concepts that align with brand and campaign goals.
- Content Production: Assist with shooting and directing short-form content across social platforms.
- Social-First Content: Stay on top of platform trends and best practices; help shape content that performs and connects with audiences.
- Project Support: Work with internal teams to help keep content projects on track, on time, and aligned to production schedules.
- Platform Execution: Ensure content is appropriately scheduled, formatted, and optimized for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Campaign Support: Help feed into and work on creative social campaigns, strategy, and pitch documents.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with audience comments, questions, and conversations across social platforms to help foster a positive and active brand community.
- Reporting: Support with reporting, including content and channel performance, sentiment, and learnings.
