WHY REASN

You'll be joining reasn at a pivotal point as we move into Autumn Winter, with real ownership over a platform the founders and business care about, and a genuine hands-on role at the heart of our content output. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving marketing team and have direct contact with our founders.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Social Executive to take full ownership of reasn's TikTok channel including strategy, content, and community - while also being a hands-on creator across the wider business. This isn't a production or editing support role: you'll own TikTok end-to-end, and you'll be confident and comfortable on camera yourself, appearing as a face of the brand alongside our product and community content. Beyond TikTok, you'll be a core part of our content engine working closely with our Social Executive: creating high volumes of content across formats, working directly with our founders on shoots and appearances, producing Instagram stories content, and stepping in to help with Instagram when necessary. Each platform has its own strategy, calendar, and voice built for how that platform works, not repurposed from the other but content creation itself is a shared, collaborative effort.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & ownership

  • Create our TikTok content strategy end-to-end with the team: trends, formats, sounds, and posting cadence.
  • Build and manage the TikTok content calendar.
  • Translate wider brand campaigns and moments (e.g. seasonal launches, brand anniversaries) into TikTok-native activations, rather than repurposing Instagram assets
  • Report on TikTok performance and use the data to keep evolving the strategy.

Content creation

  • On-camera presence: confident appearing across all reasn social channels.
  • Shoot and edit native TikTok and Instagram content, working quickly and reactively to trend.
  • High-volume output: create at pace across formats, keeping up with the volume a social-first brand need.
  • Founder collaboration: Work directly with Adam and Perrie to plan and shoot TikTok content featuring them.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on shoot days and brand content, alongside our freelance content creator where relevant

  • Keep a pulse on culture and competitor activity on the platform.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A genuine understanding of TikTok as a platform, not someone repurposing content built for Instagram.
  • Comfortable and confident being on camera; this is a non-negotiable part of the role.
  • Experience creating and growing content on TikTok, personally or professionally.
  • Self-directed - able to own strategy and output without heavy day-to-day briefing.
  • Strong instinct for trends, sound, pacing, and what makes content feel native rather than produced.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led business.
  • Bonus: experience or interest in women's lifestyle content.
