Social Housing Solicitor - Housing Management
Birmingham | NQ-3 PQE | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits
Are you a NQ-3 PQE Solicitor looking to build your career within a highly regarded Social Housing team? I'm working with a leading national law firm that is continuing to invest in its Birmingham practice and is looking to add a Solicitor to its established Social Housing team. This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management lawyer to gain exposure to high-quality work, work closely with experienced specialists and develop strong relationships with a leading client base of Registered Providers.
The Opportunity
You'll advise Registered Providers across a varied caseload of Housing Management and litigation matters, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. The role will give you plenty of client contact and the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters as your experience develops, with a clear focus on your longer-term progression.

The Role
Your work is likely to include:
- Possession proceedings and tenancy enforcement
- Anti-social behaviour and injunctions
- Housing management litigation
- Tenancy and leasehold disputes
- Disrepair and related housing claims
- Advising Registered Providers on housing management issues
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate support
- Working closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters
About You
We're keen to speak with NQ-3 PQE Solicitors with experience in:
- Social Housing
- Housing Management
- Housing Litigation
- General civil litigation with a genuine interest in moving into Social Housing
You'll ideally have experience acting for Registered Providers or public sector housing clients, although the firm is open to candidates with relevant transferable litigation experience. Most importantly, they're looking for someone who is commercial, personable and keen to develop their career within a specialist Social Housing practice.
