Social & Influencer Executive
Mouldd makes art and craft kits - casting, home décor, floral preservation. Things people make with their hands and then can't stop photographing.
We've doubled every year for three years. We're doing it again, and you’ll be making the content that gets us there.
The centre of it all is Marbelux, our own casting powder. It's ours, it's what we're focusing the growth of the company on, and there's a whole range being built around it right now. We have a product developer shipping new launches, and we've just gone live in the US.
That's the job. New products, two countries, and you decide how each one gets launched - the content, the creators, the campaign that puts it in front of people.
What you'll actually do
- Work alongside our product developer on launches. You'll know what's coming months before anyone else, and the whole content plan around it is yours to build.
- Own Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. Video first, always.
- Find creators, brief them, keep the good ones close. Get paid usage rights locked in from the start, because a lot of what you make becomes our Meta ads.
- Get involved in the content itself. We have an in-house editor and creators already working with us, but if you want to be on camera, the door's wide open.
- Build our TikTok Shop affiliate programme from zero. USA first, then the UK.
- Run shoots - plan them, prop them, get the assets out.
- Talk to our community. Our makers are lovely and they deserve someone who actually replies.
- Bring ideas. If it's good, we'll try it. We're four people; there's no committee.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who this is for
This is a first or second job in social. One to two years somewhere you've done real work - ideally an e-commerce brand, but any social or marketing role counts if you've got the instinct.
You'll be right for this if you:
- Live on these platforms and can explain why something worked, not just that it did
- Have opinions about what's good
- Write well - you'll be talking to creators and customers all day
- Notice the small stuff
- Take ownership without being asked twice
- Are curious about making things (you don't need a shelf of resin coasters, but it'll make you better at this)
Things that'll make us sit up
- You've worked at an e-commerce brand and know what actually moves product
- You've made content that ran as paid ads, and know the difference between views and sales
- You've got a portfolio - content, designs, campaigns, anything you're proud of
- You're creative in the making sense: you enjoy designing things and you've got an eye for it
- You're entrepreneurial. You spot the opportunity and go after it without waiting to be told
- You're comfortable on camera
- You can edit - CapCut is plenty
- TikTok Shop, affiliate or influencer experience
- Canva, Figma or Adobe
