About Mouldd 🎨

We're an arts and craft brand for people who love making things with their hands: home décor, floral preservation, and creative projects of all kinds. Right now we're building around our own new casting powder, a versatile material makers use to create beautiful stone-effect pieces, and it's where the next stage of the company's growth is focused.

We recently went live in the US too, so you'd be helping launch new products across two countries, working alongside our product developer as they ship them.

You'll be deciding how each one gets launched: the content, the creators, the campaign that puts it in front of people.

We're a small team of four, working remotely, and small enough that what you do actually shows.

What you'll actually do

  • Work alongside our product developer on launches. You'll know what's coming months before, and the whole content plan around it is yours to build.
  • Own Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Find creators, brief them, keep the good ones close. Get paid usage rights locked in from the start, because a lot of what you make becomes our Meta ads.
  • We have an in-house editor and creators already working with us, but if you want to be on camera, the door's open (it's not a must!).
  • Build our TikTok Shop affiliate programme from zero. USA first (that's where we've just launched), then the UK.
  • Plan photo shoots: plan them, prop them, get the assets out.
  • Talk to our community. Our makers are lovely and they deserve someone who actually replies.
  • Bring ideas. Content, kits, collabs. If it's good, we'll try it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for

The role is open to a range of experience - from people who've done all of this before to people making their first proper move into marketing. We'd rather hire the right person and teach them the rest.

You'll be right for this if you:

  • Live on these platforms and can explain why something worked, not just that it did
  • Have opinions about what's good
  • Write well, you'll be talking to creators and customers all day
  • Notice the small stuff
  • Take ownership without being asked twice
  • Are curious about making things (you don't need a shelf of your own creations, but it'll make you better at this)

What'll make you stand out

  • You've made content before - for a brand, a client or yourself. This is a big plus, so show us.
  • You've made content that ran as paid ads - and know the difference between a video that gets views and one that sells
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer or affiliate management
  • Comfortable in front of the camera 🙋
  • You can edit - CapCut is plenty. A nice-to-have, not a requirement.
  • Familiar with Canva, Figma or Adobe

The details

  • Remote, UK-based, full-time
  • Reporting to our founders
  • £26k–£32k, depending on experience
  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), pension
  • As we grow, this role can grow with you: the person who owns social now is well placed to lead marketing later, building and running their own team. We're small and flexible, so how it develops depends as much on your strengths as on our plans.

How to apply

Apply on LinkedIn with your CV. If you've got a portfolio or anything you've made, email it to founders@mouldd.co.uk. And tell us one creator or brand you think is nailing it right now, and why. We read every one that does.
