About Mouldd 💫
We make resin art and craft kits for people who want to make something with their hands. From home décor to floral preservation, we make resin accessible, exciting and genuinely beautiful.
We launched in 2021 and we've been growing fast ever since. We're independent, self-funded, and we've built a loyal community of makers who really do love what we do. We've just launched our range into the US, which means a much bigger market and a lot more to play for.
About the role
You'll own how Mouldd shows up online - every video, every creator, every comment. 📸
That means finding brilliant creators and getting them making things with our kits, growing our Instagram and Facebook reach like you own them (because you will).
This role is ✨made✨ for someone who lives on social media, who spots a trend before it peaks, and who genuinely enjoys wrangling lots of different people - because creators, affiliates and our own small team all run through you.
You won't be doing it alone. We have an in-house video editor, several content creators already working with us, and a freelance designer when we need one. You'll set the direction and hold the standard.
We're small, (team of 4) so you'll get real creative freedom to test ideas that you come up with. The title says Social & Influencer, but you'll have the opportunity to wear a lot more hats than that.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll actually do
- Run influencer campaigns end to end - find them, brief them, chase them kindly, and keep the good ones close.
- Own our social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest, with video as the main event.
- Make content - some with creators, some with the team, some just you, a kit and a phone. 🎬
- Feed our paid ads. A lot of what you and our creators make will run as Meta ads, so you'll brief with that in mind - and lock paid usage rights into every creator deal from the outset. You won't be buying the media, but you'll be the reason the ads have something worth saying. 💸
- Stay close to our community. Reply in the comments, engage, and tell us what people are actually asking for. Our makers are lovely and deserve someone who talks back.
- Build our TikTok Shop affiliate programme - recruit creators, get samples out, plan launches around them. UK first; the US follows once the UK shop is humming.
- Organise shoots - plan them, prop them, run them, get the assets out the door.
- Bring ideas. Content, products, collabs. If it's good, we'll try it.
What we're looking for
- We're not counting years. Some of this you'll have done before and the rest you'll learn here - we'd rather take someone with the instinct and teach them the mechanics than the other way round. What we can't teach is taste, or the eye for what makes someone stop scrolling.
- Deeply fluent in Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, and can explain why something performed, not just that it did.
- A genuine creative - you have opinions and taste.
- Great written communication (you'll be talking to creators and customers all day).
- Comfortable in a fast-moving small business.
- Takes ownership without being asked twice.
- Sharp attention to detail 🔍.
- Interested in craft. You don't have to have a shelf of resin coasters, but curiosity about our world will make you far better at this job.

What'll make you stand out
- You've made content before - for a brand, a client or yourself. This is a big plus, so show us.
- You've made content that ran as paid ads - and know the difference between a video that gets views and one that sells.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer or affiliate management.
- Comfortable in front of the camera 🙋.
- You can edit - CapCut is plenty.
- Familiar with Canva, Figma or Adobe.
The details
- Remote, UK-based, full-time.
- Reporting to our founders.
- £26k–£32k, depending on experience.
- 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
- Growth path: you'll start as the person who makes the calls on content and creators. Where it goes from there is genuinely open!
