About Scrap't (part of Hobby Store Group) 🎨
Scrap't makes scrapbooking and junk journaling kits for crafters who want to make something with their hands. We're a UK brand building a full range of kits for the UK and US, with themed and seasonal launches on the way. We're independent, we're growing fast, and we're a small enough team that what you do will be visible in the numbers within weeks.
About the role
You'll be the person who gets Scrap't in front of the internet. 📸
That means finding brilliant creators and getting them making things with our kits, growing our TikTok Shop affiliate programme from a standing start, running our Instagram and TikTok like you own them (because you will), and being the voice in our comments section.
This role is ✨made✨ for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, who spots a trend before it peaks, and who genuinely enjoys wrangling lots of different people - because creators, affiliates and our own small team all run through you.
We're small, so you'll get real creative freedom, your ideas live or die on their own merit rather than in a committee, and you'll see the whole machine up close. The title says Social & Influencer, but you'll touch a lot more than that.
What you'll actually do
- Build our TikTok Shop affiliate programme - recruit creators, get samples out, plan launches around them. UK first; the US follows once the UK shop is humming.
- Run influencer campaigns end to end - find them, brief them, chase them kindly, and keep the good ones close. The relationships matter more than the campaigns.
- Own our social strategy across TikTok and Instagram, with video as the main event.
- Make content - some with creators, some with the team, some just you, a kit and a phone. 🎬
- Feed our paid ads. A lot of what you and our creators make will run as Meta and TikTok ads, so you'll brief with that in mind - and lock paid usage rights into every creator deal from the outset. You won't be buying the media, but you'll be the reason the ads have something worth saying. 💸
- Stay close to our community. Reply in the comments, engage, and tell us what people are actually asking for. Our community is genuinely lovely and deserves someone who talks back.
- Organise shoots - plan them, prop them, run them, get the assets out the door.
- Bring ideas. Content, kits, collabs. If it's good, we'll try it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
