💥 Social & Influencer Partnerships Manager 💥

🥑 Health & Wellness brand - client-side role

📍 Essex / East London (2 office days)

💸 Salary: £40k - £50k

🚀 Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing Health & Wellness brands. Having already achieved impressive growth since launching, the business is now scaling towards £50m+ in revenue over the next three years and is continuing to expand its product range, customer base and retail presence.

They're now looking to hire a Social & Influencer Partnerships Manager to build the brand's creator and advocacy ecosystem from scratch.

You'll be responsible for identifying and connecting with the right people across different communities - from nano creators and ambassadors to health experts, fitness professionals and tastemakers - then building genuine, long-term relationships that help make the brand part of everyday conversations.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has built a creator, ambassador or community network from the ground up and wants to take full ownership of a new channel, with the opportunity to help shape and grow a future team around it.

What you'll be doing:

  • ⭐️ Build the brand's creator, ambassador and advocacy ecosystem from scratch
  • ⭐️ Identify and connect with creators, experts, tastemakers and key people across health, fitness, nutrition, wellness and lifestyle communities
  • ⭐️ Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators and community members
  • ⭐️ Manage partnerships from initial outreach through to negotiation, gifting, briefing and ongoing relationship management
  • ⭐️ Develop different creator and ambassador groups, from nano creators through to larger partners
  • ⭐️ Work closely with existing teams and networks to identify opportunities and build awareness
  • ⭐️ Bring the brand closer to relevant communities and increase word-of-mouth advocacy
  • ⭐️ Help bring the customer community under the ownership of this role, including Facebook community activity
  • ⭐️ Track activity and performance, while building a clear strategy for the future growth of the channel

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
