Digital Natives

Digital Natives is a social-first creative agency putting brands at the centre of attention. Based in East London, our rapidly growing team works together to create best-in-class campaigns for global brands, covering FMCG, beauty, food & beverage, and technology.

The Role

The Social & Influencer Strategist is a senior role within our Creative Strategy Department, designed for someone who is analytically curious, culturally switched-on, and excited by how ideas perform in the real world. You'll help shape the social and influencer strategy, then lead the work that brings it to life, owning both sides of our social presence: the organic strategy that builds our clients’ brands on social, and the creator partnerships that extend their reach. Reporting into the Strategy Lead, you’ll oversee and manage the creation and delivery of strategies across a range of clients, workstreams, and projects – from campaigns and calendars to influencer and creator activity. Leading the KPIs and reporting for your clients, you’ll push to further understand learnings in order to inform and optimise the ongoing performance of our clients’ social activity.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting, Insight & Performance

  • Own the collection, organisation, and interpretation of social and campaign data
  • Build clear, well-structured reports combining quantitative performance and qualitative insight
  • Build and track KPIs, OKRs, and benchmarks across social and influencer, highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and why
  • Turn performance data into actionable recommendations for creative, social, and strategy teams
  • Own ongoing optimisation across retainers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
