Social Insights & Creator Partnerships Manager

Location: Leeds
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Director
Salary: £35,000

The Pink Stuff has become one of the world’s most recognised cleaning brands through the power of social media, creator partnerships and authentic consumer advocacy. We are looking for an analytically minded social media expert who can transform data into actionable insights whilst helping to drive our creator and influencer programmes.

This role combines social analytics, reporting and strategic insight with creator management, influencer briefing and affiliate programme support. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable analysing performance dashboards as they are working directly with content creators and brand ambassadors.

Working across our global social ecosystem, this individual will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, improving content performance, supporting commercial initiatives and helping shape future social media strategy through data-led decision making. Key Responsibilities

Social Analytics & Reporting

  • Own social reporting across all major platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Manage reporting tools including Sprout Social, Rival IQ, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio/Power BI and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards where possible.
  • Measure creator, influencer and affiliate performance across campaigns.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and executive dashboards.
  • Analyse content performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track competitor activity and benchmark brand performance.
  • Monitor emerging platform trends, algorithm updates and new platform features.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable next steps for the wider business.
  • Produce regular trend reports and performance insights to support strategic decision making.

Social Strategy Support

  • Identify high-performing content themes and emerging trends.
  • Provide recommendations to optimise content performance across organic and paid social.
  • Support development of global channel growth strategies.
  • Conduct audience, community and demographic analysis.
  • Monitor brand sentiment through social listening platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement, retention and content reach.
  • Support testing and measurement of new content formats and platform features.

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and management of creators, influencers and affiliates.
  • Develop creator briefs and campaign documentation where required.
  • Assist with influencer communications and relationship management.
  • Coordinate product sampling and campaign logistics.
  • Support affiliate marketing programmes and performance reporting.
  • Develop creator performance scorecards and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Share performance insights and recommendations with creators to improve content effectiveness.

Ambassador Support

  • Work closely with the Brand Ambassador team to monitor content performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, watch time and audience growth.
  • Share best practice and performance insights with creators and ambassadors.
  • Support content planning through data-led recommendations.
  • Identify high-performing creator content suitable for paid amplification.

Commercial & Retail Insights

  • Analyse retailer-specific social campaigns and content performance.
  • Support product launches with social insight and reporting.
  • Measure the effectiveness of creator activity against retailer campaigns.
  • Provide social performance insights to support commercial presentations and customer meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen retailer activation through creator content.

AI & Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and performance analysis.
  • Monitor emerging AI tools that can enhance creator marketing, content optimisation and social reporting.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve performance across the global social ecosystem.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand, Product, Sales, E-commerce and International Marketing teams.
  • Support product launches with social insight and reporting.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, creators and platform partners where appropriate.
  • Ensure social insights are embedded into wider marketing and commercial decision making.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, analytics or creator marketing.
  • Strong experience with social analytics platforms including Sprout Social, Rival IQ, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Looker Studio/Power BI and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience using social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater or Brands24.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience analysing both organic and paid social media performance.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
  • Understanding of influencer, creator and affiliate marketing.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and reporting.

Desirable

  • Experience managing influencer or creator programmes.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing programmes.
  • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or retail.
  • Experience supporting international brands or global social media programmes.
  • Experience working with e-commerce and retailer media performance.
