It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

About The Role

At Haleon, data-driven decision making is critical to understanding consumers, shaping brand strategy, and driving business performance. As part of our commitment to advancing our digital and insights capabilities, we have established a Social Intelligence Centre of Excellence, focused on strategically collecting, analysing and applying social and digital data to answer business questions and solve complex challenges.

We are seeking a Social Intelligence Analyst to join this growing team and help transform social and digital data into actionable business insights. This role will support stakeholders across multiple functions by delivering social listening programmes, trend analysis, audience insights, reporting, training and consultancy services that enable better decision making across the organisation.

Reporting to the Social Intelligence Lead and based in the United Kingdom, you will work across a variety of business functions including Marketing, Consumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA), Corporate Affairs, Digital & Technology, Talent Acquisition and Customer Strategy.

You will play a key role in expanding the use of social and digital intelligence while helping establish best practices, methodologies and standards across the organisation. This role is suited to a curious, analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys translating business questions into meaningful research approaches and leveraging digital insights to deliver measurable impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
