🚨 NEW ROLE: Social Lead | London
I’m working with a global youth and student marketing agency that is looking for a Social Lead to join their growing team in London.
This is a great opportunity for a social specialist who understands youth culture, creators and communities, but also knows how to turn that understanding into strong strategy, creative and measurable results.
📍 The role
Social Lead
£55k–£70k depending on experience
Hybrid | London
Reporting into the Creative Director
Global collaboration across the US, Europe and APAC
Some UK/international travel for shoots, activations and campaigns
🎯 What you'll be doing
- Lead social strategy across client accounts, campaigns and pitches
- Turn community insights, audience behaviour and platform trends into opportunities
- Define how brands should show up across different social channels
- Bring social thinking into campaigns from the outset, rather than as an afterthought
- Shape content calendars, creative briefs, reactive ideas and creator partnerships
- Present social strategies and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
- Use performance data and social listening to continually improve the work
- Manage and develop junior social talent
- Collaborate with creative, production and client teams across a global network
- Support new business and account growth through social opportunities

👀 We're looking for someone who:
- Has 4+ years' experience in social
- Has hands-on experience managing channels, creating content and building audiences
- Has strong social strategy and creative thinking
- Understands youth culture, creator culture, communities and UGC
- Has experience working with creators, designers, photographers and filmmakers
- Is confident presenting to clients and contributing to pitches
- Has experience managing or mentoring junior social talent
- Understands community management, content production, paid amplification and measurement
- Creator experience or having built your own audience is a big plus
