About the Role

Designed for those who live boldly, Rat & Boa evokes a spirit of adventure, sensuality and duality. Each piece reflects our commitment to style that's both timeless and fresh, made for hedonistic women who make their own rules.

Reports to: Brand & Content Manager

Purpose: You'll own our social media as a channel. That includes creating original concepts, managing our community, driving our influencer strategy forward and reporting your progress back to the business, all under the direction of our Brand & Content Manager, who leads the umbrella creative strategy.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Content & Storytelling

  • You'll be given direction and support from our Brand & Content Manager to translate the season's broader creative themes into platform-specific, socially native campaigns.
  • You'll give input on original concepts, campaigns and storytelling tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), with scope to expand to new platforms as they become relevant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
