Beauty Brand · Central London, Hybrid · £80K Pro Rata
AT A GLANCE
- Salary: £80K pro rata
- Contract: 3 month FTC - ASAP start
- Location: Central London - hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote weekly
THE COMPANY
A premium, fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand with a genuinely disruptive business model and a sharp, distinct brand voice. This is not a traditional beauty brand - they operate more like a tech-forward membership business than a conventional retailer, and their social presence reflects that. Highly engaged audience, commercially ambitious, and a creative team with real conviction about what they are building.
THE ROLE
You will own social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging channels - working at the intersection of brand creativity, culture and growth. You will brief creators, editors and designers, create and edit content yourself where needed, develop editorial content franchises, test hooks and formats, and work closely with the acquisition and CRM teams to link campaigns and drive commercial results. You will present performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and help build scalable systems for a fast-moving social function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
