A fast-growing Gen Z-focused marketing agency is looking for a Social Lead to join its growing team. This is a great role for someone who lives and breathes social, understands youth culture, and knows how to create work that genuinely cuts through online.
The agency works with a fantastic mix of high-profile consumer brands, helping them connect with younger audiences through social, creators, culture, communities, and experiential campaigns.

A bit about the role
- Developing social strategies and campaigns for well-known consumer brands
- Turning audience and cultural insights into creative social ideas
- Staying ahead of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social trends
- Working closely with creators and influencer teams
- Presenting ideas and strategies to clients
- Helping brands identify opportunities to tap into relevant cultural moments
- Supporting new business pitches and wider agency growth
- Mentoring more junior members of the team

A bit about you
- Strong experience in social, ideally within an agency environment
- Experience developing social strategies and campaigns
- Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and the wider social landscape
- Someone genuinely plugged into Gen Z, creators, and internet culture
- Strong creative and strategic thinking
- Confident client-facing and presentation skills
- Someone who can bring a point of view and challenge the status quo
