We're partnering with a globally recognised entertainment brand, seeking an experienced Social Lead to help shape social strategy & creative for a portfolio of original series and films across the UK and Europe.
This role is ideal for a social and entertainment marketing leader who understands internet culture, knows how to turn audience insight into compelling creative, and can build campaigns that drive conversation, fandom and measurable business impact. You'll lead strategy and creative across a diverse slate of programming, bringing together strategic thinking, creative instinct, and commercial awareness.
Please note this is an initial 2 month contract. There will also be an expectation to work in a London based office 3 days a week, so you must be within a commutable distance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop audience-first strategies covering target audiences, content ecosystems and owned, earned and paid opportunities
- Lead campaigns end-to-end, from brief and concept through production, launch and optimisation
- Develop innovative social content that builds awareness, conversation and fan connection
- Lead content capture and collaborate with talent, creators, producers and filmmakers
- Identify emerging platform, cultural, and creator opportunities and turn them into campaign ideas
- Use social analytics and audience insight to refine strategy and demonstrate business impact
- Act as the social specialist within cross-functional teams, influencing wider marketing and creative decisions
- Manage external agencies and creative partners, providing clear strategic and creative direction

Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years' experience across social media, entertainment, or major consumer brands, with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, formats, content behaviours, internet culture, and emerging trends
- Experience developing multi-market social strategies, including English and non-English-speaking audiences
- Proven experience working with talent, creators, producers and filmmakers
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
