Social Manager / Producer (Creator & Athlete)

Location: London — Hybrid
Salary: £40,000+ DOE, plus performance bonus
Reports to: Senior Digital Content Producer

About the Business

We are working with one of the UK’s leading talent management agencies, representing well-known personalities across television, entertainment, sport and the creator economy.

As the business continues to expand its digital production capability, it is looking for an ambitious Assistant Digital Content Producer to join the team.

This is a hands-on production role for someone with established filming and editing experience who wants to develop their career within the creator economy. You will work directly with high-profile talent, supporting the production of premium podcasts, YouTube channels, original digital series and commercial content.

This is not a marketing or social media management position. The role requires practical experience across video production, camera operation, editing and content delivery.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Digital Content Producer, Head of Ventures, Talent Agents and clients, you will support the end-to-end delivery of digital content across the talent roster.

You will assist with pre-production, filming, editing, publishing and production administration across owned content and commercial campaigns. The role will involve working both in studio and on location, managing multiple projects and turning raw footage into polished, platform-ready content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
