About Us
Sinowave Marketing is a fast-growing marketing agency based in London. We work with brands across fashion, beauty, eCommerce, medical, technology, and professional services, delivering social-first content and performance-driven campaigns across the UK and Europe.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who already thinks like a content creator — understands trends, shoots content, analyses performance, and knows how to optimise content based on data.
You will manage social media accounts end-to-end, from content ideation and shooting to posting, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Shooting
- Create and shoot short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
- Participate in on-site shoots, events, and campaigns, capturing social-first and behind-the-scenes content.
- Translate trends into brand-appropriate content ideas.
- Assist with simple video editing, captions, hooks, and on-screen text.
- Ensure content follows platform trends, formats, and best practices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
