12-Month Maternity Cover - Start Date ASAP in September 2026

Are you an experienced agency-side Account Director who thrives on building client relationships, driving creative excellence and leading high-performing teams?

Do you have a proven track record managing multiple accounts while balancing strategic thinking, commercial growth and outstanding client service?

Are you a genuine social media enthusiast; you live in the feed and are highly creative - but also love building client relationships?

Favola is looking for an Account Director to join the agency on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. This role will oversee three key client accounts, manage two direct reports and act as the senior day-to-day client lead.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded, socially fluent (organic-first), very creative and comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment.

The Role

The Account Director will own the day-to-day relationship across three client accounts, ensuring excellent delivery, strong commercial performance and consistently high creative standards.

Working closely with strategy and paid teams (and managing x2 Execs), you will help shape campaigns, identify growth opportunities and ensure clients receive exceptional service.

This is a hybrid role that combines senior client liaison, team leadership and lots and lots of creative thinking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
