Fancy shaping social strategy for some of the UK's most loved food and drink brands? We're hiring! We're on the lookout for a savvy Social Media Account Executive to join jellybean, a food and drink marketing agency based in Leatherhead, Surrey. We need someone who can support our portfolio of delicious foodservice brands doing exciting and interesting things, and can help share their stories.
What the role looks like:
- Planning and managing social media calendars for several clients at once
- Filming and editing social media content on a mobile phone across multiple foodservice client accounts
- Taking client briefs, interpreting requirements and briefing the design studio and wider creative team, including building client quotes
- Reviewing social media performance against agreed metrics and reporting results to clients
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on content plans, approvals and performance updates, liaising by phone, email and in person, and attending briefings, meetings, events and presentations as necessary, occasionally outside normal hours
- Planning and managing paid social campaigns
- Writing copy for social posts, adverts and other client materials
- Supporting wider project planning, management and activation across client accounts
- Working closely with the wider account team to align social activity with campaign goals, budgets and timelines, and ensuring workflow runs smoothly and deadlines are met
- General admin including meeting notes, call reports, agendas, project timelines
- Keeping up to date with industry and social media trends, sharing relevant insights with the team and clients
- Supporting Account Directors with ad-hoc project work where capacity allows

Ideal candidates would have:
- 2 years experience planning and managing social media calendars for several clients at once
- Experience filming and editing social media content on a mobile phone across multiple client accounts
- Ability to interpret client requirements and build clear design briefs for the design studio and wider creative team
- Experience reviewing social media performance against agreed metrics and reporting results to clients
