Reporting into the Social Media Account Director, the Social Media Executive will work with the team to execute the social strategy across all major platforms and shoot, edit, and grow channels using video content.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shoot, film, edit, and produce high-quality social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Work with the team to produce reactive culturally relevant content that reflects our internal content objectives
  • Develop and execute social media platform-specific content calendars, publishing proactive and reactive content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Work with the Social Media Account Director to action the channel management and scheduling plan, utilizing scheduling tools and tracker updates
  • Ensure all content meets Word On The Curb’s brand consistency and marketing objectives
  • Monitor and analyze social media conversations, brand mentions, and trends to suggest opportunities to align Word On The Curb as a leader within the market

Who We're Looking For

Essential

  • A social media native who understands Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube inside out, as well as marketing trends and growth principles within online video and entertainment
  • Familiar with creating concepts, shooting, and editing content and creative effective captions across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platform trends, content creators, and algorithm behaviors
  • A mixture of technical skills having worked with key social platforms, as well as soft skills, such as effective communication and working as part of a team
  • Organized, curious, and willing to learn within a fast-paced environment
