Petite Agency is growing, and we’re looking for another brilliant person to join our team.

We’re a social-first marketing agency based in Teesside, working with ambitious businesses across the UK and internationally. Our client base spans construction, property, finance, sport and professional services, with a particular strength in B2B and personal brand.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed a list of posts to create.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of client accounts, build strong relationships and bring ideas to the table, someone who spots opportunities, understands what’s happening online, thinks creatively and can turn business objectives into content and campaigns that stand out.

We’re open to Social Media Executive or Manager level, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the day-to-day management of your own client accounts
  • Building strong relationships with clients and confidently leading conversations
  • Developing monthly social strategies, content plans and campaign ideas
  • Supporting the development and delivery of personal brand strategies for founders, leaders and industry experts
  • Supporting wider marketing activity including email campaigns, PR, events, launches and personal brand
  • Creating content across platforms, from copywriting and creative concepts to Canva design and short-form video
  • Identifying the stories, ideas and opportunities that will make our clients stand out
  • Reviewing performance and turning data into useful recommendations
  • Contributing ideas during strategy sessions, content shoots and wider campaigns
  • Managing multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities without needing to be chased

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
