About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our social media team. You’ll own social strategy across our portfolio of London hospitality clients and work closely with our clients and production team (content creators, photographers, and video creative strategist) to bring it to life.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy across our portfolio of hospitality brands — understanding each client's vision, curating their online identity, and leading campaigns for seasonal moments, launches, and key dates.
- Brief content creators and photographers each month on strategic priorities and shoot requirements.
- Own the monthly content calendar for each client (not responsible for video, photography, or editing).
- Create Instagram carousels and Stories, write captions, and schedule content in line with the social strategy.
- Act as a point of contact for clients — leading weekly communications and monthly strategy calls, and nurturing strong relationships.
- Coordinate and book in client shoots.
- Manage monthly content calendars using our scheduling software.
- File organisation.
- Track performance, analyse, and report.
- Use data to inform what needs to change to hit client goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
