About Techne Agency

Techne Agency is a boutique digital marketing agency specialising in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, paid advertising, e-commerce and SEO. We work with premium, hospitality, luxury and lifestyle brands, delivering high-quality content and influencer-led campaigns across international markets. We operate as a lean, high-trust team where ownership, initiative and problem-solving are valued as much as execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Account Manager to join our growing social and influencer team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role spanning social media, content and influencer marketing. You will own the day-to-day delivery of selected client accounts, driving work forward from planning and creative development through to delivery and reporting.

Content is a key part of the role. You will shape briefs and creative ideas, direct social-first content and play an active role in productions and shoots. You will also bring strong influencer experience and a good instinct for identifying the right creators for different brands, audiences and briefs.

You will work closely with the Social & Influencer Lead, who owns overall strategy, direction and client relationships. Within that direction, you will be trusted to manage day-to-day account delivery, make decisions and keep work moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the day-to-day delivery of selected client accounts across social media, content and influencer activity.
  • Keep work moving across internal teams, clients, creators and external partners, ensuring priorities and deadlines stay on track.
  • Bring a strong social and creative perspective to day-to-day account decisions.
  • Maintain a high standard of execution across all client-facing work.
  • Take ownership within your remit, proactively solving problems and escalating where senior input is required.

Client & Account Management

  • Support day-to-day client communication relating to delivery, requests, feedback and priorities.
  • Keep clients and internal teams aligned on timelines, actions and next steps.
  • Lead day-to-day account updates and contribute ideas and recommendations to client conversations.
  • Anticipate and resolve delivery issues, escalating to the Social & Influencer Lead when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
