Role Description

The Social Media Account Manager Intern is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the management and growth of Haus of Estate’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content planning, drafting posts and captions, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement and audience interactions. The intern will help respond to messages and comments, track basic performance metrics, and contribute ideas for campaigns that highlight properties, market insights, and brand storytelling. This role will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure social media content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives, while learning best practices in digital communication and real estate marketing.

  • Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing, with familiarity using major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Solid written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and short-form content.
  • Basic understanding of content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to conduct simple research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform content ideas.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing posts for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.
  • Comfort working collaboratively across cultures and time zones; professional and inclusive communication style.
  • Interest in real estate, property investment, or travel/hospitality is highly beneficial; prior experience in marketing or social media is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field preferred, but not required.
