Social Media Account Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working available
Outsource UK are recruiting for a Social Media Account Manager to join a growing and creative marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a social media professional with experience across organic, paid and influencer campaigns who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering engaging content strategies that drive results. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, taking ownership of social media activity across multiple platforms while helping clients achieve their wider business and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of social media activity across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Create, coordinate and schedule engaging content across a range of social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimise activity and report on results against agreed KPIs.
- Present content plans, campaign ideas and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support influencer campaigns and brand collaborations from research through to delivery.
- Work closely with creative and design teams to develop high-quality social media content.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and contribute ideas to client strategies.
- Support new business opportunities through research, insights and social media recommendations.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform developments and AI tools.

About You
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-facing social media role.
- Strong understanding of organic social media management and content creation.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns across major advertising platforms.
- Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships.
- Confident presenting ideas, reports and recommendations to clients.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify improvements.
- Creative, proactive and commercially aware with a passion for social media marketing.
