Job Opportunity: Social Media Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Analyst based in United Kingdom.
This role is responsible for bringing a global brand’s social media strategy to life across English, Spanish, and Portuguese markets.
You will manage day-to-day channel execution while adapting content to feel authentic and culturally relevant in each market.
The position combines creative judgment with performance analysis, focusing on meaningful engagement rather than simply meeting posting targets.
You will collaborate closely with strategists, creative teams, and external content creators to deliver high-quality social experiences.
You will also monitor audience conversations, identify trends and sentiment, and ensure emerging issues are addressed quickly.
By combining localized content, community engagement, and data-driven optimization, you will help strengthen brand presence across a global audience.
Accountabilities:
- Manage the day-to-day social media presence across Instagram in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, as well as new main-brand channels as they launch.
- Execute the content calendar across all three languages, adapting messaging and creative direction so content feels native to each market rather than directly translated.
- Prioritize meaningful engagement and audience interaction while maintaining consistent content quality.
- Identify required creative assets and brief the creative team with clear direction and sufficient lead time.
- Brief, guide, and coordinate external creators producing membership-related content according to established templates and publishing cadence.
- Track engagement rate, saves, shares, reach, and other relevant performance indicators for each market on a recurring basis.
- Identify performance issues and opportunities early, with particular attention to content performance in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations across social channels, identifying trends, sentiment, and interactions requiring escalation or response.
- Use social media and audience engagement tools such as Sprout Social, ManyChat, LinkTree, and similar platforms adopted in the future.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to determine priorities and optimize content execution based on performance insights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
