Dover Street Market - Social Media and Brand Content Executive
Dover Street Market is seeking a highly organised and culturally aware Social Media and Brand Content Executive to manage its organic social channels and brand content. Supporting the Brand Content Lead, the role translates DSM’s cultural and commercial priorities into engaging, social-first content that elevates the brand, strengthens community engagement and supports wider marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage DSM’s organic social channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Little Red Book, from planning and copywriting through to scheduling and publishing.
- Maintain the content calendar, aligning activity with marketing priorities, launches, product stories and cultural moments.
- Monitor and respond to community engagement, escalating relevant feedback, opportunities or issues.
- Analyse channel performance, social conversations and audience insights to recommend content improvements and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate partner and in-house assets from briefing and production through to delivery, working with Merchandising, E-Shop and graphic designers.
- Support integrated communications and monthly reporting with CRM, Marketing, Merchandising and E-Shop teams.

Key Skills and Experience
- Strong social-first copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Experience using social platforms and scheduling tools, including Instagram and LinkedIn; knowledge of Little Red Book is desirable.
- Strong interest in fashion, retail, culture, design and digital communities.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, assets and stakeholders.
- Able to interpret performance data, make practical recommendations and collaborate across teams and partners while maintaining brand consistency.
