- Content Creation: Plan, create and publish engaging social content, including copy, graphics, short-form video, Reels, Stories and platform-specific campaigns.
- Community Management: Manage daily interactions across social channels, responding to comments, messages and mentions while building positive relationships with online audiences.
- Content Planning: Own social media calendars, ensuring content is timely, relevant, consistent and aligned with wider marketing campaigns.
- Audience Growth: Identify opportunities to grow followers, increase engagement and strengthen brand awareness through creative ideas and emerging trends.
- Social Listening: Monitor conversations, audience sentiment, competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform content strategies.
- Campaign Delivery: Support the delivery of integrated social campaigns, working collaboratively with designers, copywriters, account managers and other specialists.
- Reporting & Insights: Track performance across key platforms, analyse engagement and audience metrics, and use insights to continually improve results.
- Client Relationships: Present ideas, share performance updates and contribute recommendations that demonstrate the value of social media activity.
- Platform Innovation: Stay ahead of platform developments, cultural moments, creator trends and new content formats to keep client accounts fresh and relevant.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
