As a growing independent brand, Ditouché is building its identity across fashion, content and community, with a focus on authenticity, creativity and consistent storytelling.
Role Description
Ditouché is looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Assistant to support the growth of our presence across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
This is a part-time role working closely with the founder to develop and execute content that reflects Ditouché's visual identity, tone of voice and wider brand direction.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organising weekly social media content
- Creating and editing short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
- Researching relevant fashion trends, sounds and content formats
- Drafting captions and short-form copy
- Selecting and organising photography and campaign imagery
- Creating and managing Instagram Stories
- Scheduling and publishing content
- Monitoring comments, messages and engagement
- Reviewing basic analytics and using insights to improve content
- Helping organise content from photoshoots, product launches and campaigns
- Contributing ideas for campaigns, collaborations and creative concepts
- Working with the founder to ensure content aligns with upcoming launches and brand objectives

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident using Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Creative with a strong visual eye and interest in fashion
- Comfortable using CapCut, Canva or similar content tools
- Able to write clear, engaging captions and short-form copy
- Organised and able to manage deadlines
- Proactive and comfortable bringing their own ideas
- Interested in fashion, branding, content creation and storytelling
- Able to work independently while communicating effectively with a small team
- Familiar with social media analytics and content scheduling tools
Previous experience in social media, fashion, marketing or content creation is beneficial but not essential. A portfolio, personal account or examples of previous work are welcome.

Role Details
- Job title: Social Media & Content Assistant
- Employment type: Part-time
- Location: Remote / UK-based, with occasional in-person opportunities where required
- Hours: Flexible, approximately 5–8 hours per week initially
- Compensation: Paid, dependent on experience and agreed hours
