Position Overview:

Elevation Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing manufacturer and e-commerce retailer. Unlike many online competitors, they design and manufacture their own products right here in the UK.

Organic social content will play an increasingly important role in driving awareness, increasing engagement, strengthening brand relevance, and supporting long-term commercial growth. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving business and help shape how our brands show up across social platforms at scale.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we’re looking for a highly creative, culturally connected, and commercially driven Social Media and Content Creator to own and scale our organic social presence across a portfolio of leading home and brands.

This role goes far beyond publishing content. You’ll operate as an in-house content creator, storyteller, and growth driver developing ideas, creating social-first campaigns, and building content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and ultimately contributes to commercial growth.

Working across multiple brands and channels, you’ll create content ecosystems rather than isolated posts, developing repeatable formats, content series, and audience-led storytelling designed to grow reach, community, and customer demand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
