Role Description
The Social Media and Content Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for driving Football Park’s presence across social platforms and supporting content creation. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves collaborating with writers and analysts to repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form posts, threads, and clips. The Social Media and Content Manager will:
- Monitor trends and fan conversations
- Optimize content for engagement and reach
- Report on performance metrics
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Basic community management
- Coordinating campaigns
- Contributing ideas to grow audience and brand awareness
Qualifications
- Strong social media management skills, including content planning, scheduling, and platform-specific best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in content writing and editing, with experience creating clear, engaging copy for digital audiences.
- Comfort with basic analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and inform content decisions.
- Deep interest in football, with familiarity across major leagues, transfer news, tactics, and betting-related content.
- Excellent written communication skills and a consistent, audience-focused tone of voice.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team.
- Prior experience in sports media, digital publishing, or online communities is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
