Social Media & Content Specialist
The Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Company’s social media and content strategy, creating engaging and relevant content that strengthens brand awareness, audience engagement, and online community growth. The role will work across major social platforms and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and external creative partners to translate vehicle, technology, and brand stories into compelling social-first content. The original job description specifically covers TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, together with short-form video, influencer activity, and creative asset production.
The successful candidate will be a digitally native and creative individual with a strong understanding of social platforms, online culture, and consumer behavior. They will combine creative thinking with an understanding of performance, recognizing that effective social content must not only attract attention but also strengthen the brand and engage relevant audiences.

Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and implementation of the Company’s social media strategy.
- Develop platform-specific content plans across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Maintain social content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and key business activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and community growth.

Content Development
- Develop creative concepts for social campaigns and always-on content.
- Create ideas for short-form video, social-first campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Translate product features, vehicle technology, and customer benefits into engaging consumer-facing content.
- Prepare creative briefs and work with internal and external creative teams.
Content Production & Management
- Coordinate the production of video, photography, graphics, animation, and other social assets.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and appropriate for each platform.
- Work with agencies and production partners to deliver content to agreed quality and timelines.
- Support the effective management and organization of digital content assets.
Social Trends & Community
- Monitor social trends, cultural developments, viral formats, and competitor activity.
- Identify relevant opportunities for the brand to participate in online conversations.
- Monitor audience behavior and engagement.
- Support initiatives designed to strengthen the Company’s social community.

Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Analyse content performance to identify successful formats and topics.
- Develop recommendations to improve future content effectiveness.
- Support regular social media reporting.
Qualifications
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, creative marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with short-form video formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content concepts.
- Experience preparing creative briefs and working with agencies or creative teams.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Interest in automotive, technology, lifestyle, and digital culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple content requirements.
