At Quilter, we’re transforming how we connect with customers, advisers and prospects across digital channels. As our Social Media & Recruitment Marketing Executive, you’ll help plan, create and deliver audience-focused social media and recruitment activity that brings Quilter’s proposition to life across social channels, YouTube, email, web and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
This is a varied, hands-on role with social media, paid social advertising and adviser recruitment as the primary areas of focus, alongside responsibility for supporting selected digital content, campaign delivery, YouTube management and performance improvement. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and colleagues across marketing, communications, content and video, you’ll help deliver activity that drives engagement, supports recruitment and lead generation, and improves the customer and adviser experience.
You’ll create and adapt social-first content across multiple formats, support targeted paid and organic social campaigns, and help ensure Quilter’s content is visible and effective across SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and new AI-powered search environments.

You will:
- Create and adapt social-first content across multiple formats, including social posts, short-form video, YouTube descriptions, website content, articles and email communications.
- Support adviser recruitment and customer acquisition activity through targeted paid and organic social campaigns, email and other digital channels.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of Quilter’s social media activity across key platforms, including content planning, publishing, community management and performance optimisation.
- Support the wider Marketing team and agency partners with paid social media advertising, providing channel expertise, audience insight, content recommendations and best practice guidance to help improve campaign performance.
- Manage and utilise social media management and marketing platforms to schedule, monitor and optimise digital activity.
- Take ownership of your own workload, proactively planning activity, managing deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and priorities.
- Support the development of SEO, AEO and AI discoverability initiatives, helping Quilter's content perform across traditional search and emerging AI-powered discovery environments.
- Work with stakeholders in the wider Marketing team to Plan and deliver targeted, insight-led paid and organic campaigns that drive engagement, reach, recruitment interest and lead generation.
- Provide guidance and best practice to internal stakeholders on the effective use of social media and digital content.
- Contribute to ongoing development of Quilter’s digital content, social media and audience engagement activity.
- Take ownership of Quilter’s YouTube channel, including content planning, publishing, optimisation, governance and performance monitoring.
- Support the creation, maintenance and optimisation of Quilter's public website content, ensuring content meets audience needs, business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, content and video teams to deliver integrated campaigns across the customer and adviser journey.
- Monitor and analyse performance across paid social, organic social and wider digital channels, using insight to continuously improve activity.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted partner on digital content and social media.

About You
You are a digitally-minded marketer with strong social media experience, including exposure to paid social media campaigns or advertising, an interest in adviser recruitment marketing, and a passion for creating content that delivers measurable results.
You have experience managing social media channels, creating platform-appropriate content and supporting paid and organic campaigns that engage audiences and drive outcomes. You understand how content needs to adapt across different platforms, audiences, campaign objectives and stages of the customer or adviser journey.
You are confident working with website content and have a good understanding of SEO principles, with an interest in how search is evolving through AI and answer-based discovery. You are comfortable creating and optimising content for web, social, email and video channels and are always looking for ways to improve performance and audience engagement.

You’re highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, working across different stakeholders and balancing hands-on delivery with good judgement. You are able to operate independently, take ownership of your workload and know when to involve others to keep activity moving in the right direction.
Experience creating content and campaigns aimed at consumer or adviser audiences would be beneficial, particularly where this has supported recruitment, customer acquisition, engagement or lead generation. Experience using paid social advertising tools, social media management platforms, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar tools, and email marketing or CRM platforms would be advantageous.
