Bring Fuller’s to life through great content and communications.

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media and Internal Communications Senior Executive to join Fuller’s and help tell the stories behind our pubs, our people and our brand.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining social media, content creation and internal communications. Working closely with our Corporate Communications Manager, Digital Lead and teams across the business, you will help create engaging content for our customers and colleagues, while supporting our pub teams to confidently represent Fuller’s online.

If you love creating content, finding great stories and bringing brands to life through social media and communications, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Fuller’s organic social media across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content
  • Create content that showcases our pubs, people, campaigns, events, investments and brand stories
  • Monitor social channels, support community engagement and track performance, trends and insights
  • Develop our social media framework, providing guidance and resources to help General Managers and pub teams create effective local content
  • Coordinate our weekly colleague newsletter, Inn the Know, and support new communications such as Inn the Glow
  • Create engaging internal content, including colleague stories, business updates, operational communications and Record Weeks content
  • Support People Experience, inclusion and sustainability communications, as well as key colleague events including the Griffin Trophy Awards and Family Shareholders’ Day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
