Role Description
The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in White Waltham. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage industry audiences. The coordinator will support digital marketing campaigns, assist with email marketing and website updates, and help develop marketing materials such as case studies, product highlights, and promotional collateral.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Monitoring social media performance
- Responding to online inquiries and comments
- Collaborating with the sales team to align messaging with business objectives
- Maintaining brand consistency across all communications

The role also involves tracking key marketing metrics, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, including experience managing business profiles and campaigns.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and engaging content across digital channels.
- Digital Marketing skills, such as basic knowledge of analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and website content management.
- Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field within B2B or industrial sectors is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and basic knowledge of SEO or PPC is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional approach with customers and partners.
- Formal education in marketing, communications, business, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred.
