Role Description
This is a part-time remote role with flexibility to travel into London required, as Social Media and Talent Coordinator at LVE Social. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting day-to-day management of social media clients' accounts including scheduling and community management, supporting executing social media and PR content strategies, as well as creating content where appropriate. Key responsibilities below:
PR inbox and creator outreach
- Manage our PR inbox, replying to creators promptly, building relationships and tracking responses in our systems
- Source new creators for PR mailers and paid UGC, working from client briefs covering specific niches, audiences and content styles
- Outreach to creators, collate replies and managing shipping addresses securely as well as processing orders
- Assist in client reporting of coverage

Content and scheduling
- Schedule social content from the content calendar across multiple clients
- Produce content for clients as briefed (e.g. lifestyle content talk to camera, routines)
- Edit content in a social forward format as briefed
- Write scripts for UGC creators or find strong reference videos to include in briefs
Community management
- Support the community across multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts, replying to comments and DMs in each brand's tone of voice
- Flag any feedback, sentiment and questions or issues to the team
Qualifications/About You
- Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Account Management
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail when handling addresses, trackers and deadlines
- Confident writing friendly, professional emails and DMs
- Video editing knowledge
- A daily TikTok and Instagram user with a good eye for what's trending, especially in beauty
- Comfortable filming to camera and basic editing on your phone (CapCut or similar)
- Familiar with scheduling tools, or quick to pick them up
- Reliable and able to work independently across your hours

This role is perfect for a freelancer with experience in the beauty industry looking to work 1 day a week on a day rate with additional hours to work around your schedule across the week.
