LaBante London is a PETA-approved British vegan brand founded in 2009 and built on principles of sustainability and ethical work practices. The company designs and produces bags, shoes, and jewelry with the ethos of “Fashion With Respect,” ensuring products are vegan, environmentally responsible, and ethically made. LaBante London focuses on a circular approach to production, reusing materials and minimizing waste wherever possible. Team members contribute to pushing the boundaries of sustainability in fashion while helping grow a purpose-driven, innovative brand.
Role Description
Content Editing
- Edit photo and video content into polished, on-brand, publish-ready posts for Instagram, YouTube, and other channels
- Take weekly grid design and prepare it for captioning and scheduling, ensuring it is ready by Tuesday end of day each week
- Edit video content for YouTube and Instagram (Reels and Stories), maintaining a consistent visual and tonal standard across every post
- Support the Wednesday Founder brand block, ensuring content is polished and ready ahead of founder’s review each Wednesday morning

Scheduling & Coordination
- Ensure the day's three Instagram posts are scheduled and go live at the correct times (7:00 AM, 11:45 AM, and 4:30 PM UK)
- Work closely with social media & marketing to keep the content pipeline moving smoothly from grid design through to final, edited post
- Flag any content delays early so nothing threatens the daily posting schedule

What We Are Looking For
- Strong, demonstrable editing skills across photo and video, ideally with a portfolio or reel to show
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom, and CapCut or similar
- A sharp eye for visual consistency, pacing, and brand tone
- Comfortable working to a fixed daily posting schedule and hitting deadlines without reminders
- A genuine interest in sustainable, values-led luxury brands is a strong plus
