Job Title: Social Media Assistant

Department: Dazed Digital

Reporting to: Content Strategy Director

About Dazed

Dazed Media is the world’s leading independent fashion and culture media brand. Founded by Jefferson Hack and Rankin Waddell, Dazed has always been a lightning rod for cultural provocation, radically reframing style, identity, and creativity for a global audience. Today, Dazed powers an ecosystem of digital channels and iconic print titles including Dazed, AnOther, and Another Man.

The role

We're looking for a Social Media Assistant to join Dazed. This is an entry-level role focused on the operational execution of our social output: organising the content schedule, coordinating across teams, and keeping publishing running smoothly day to day.

You'll be highly organised, comfortable managing several projects at once, and able to respond calmly to ad hoc requests from across the business, with a strong instinct for Dazed's brand identity and tone of voice.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day operations across the social teams directed by the Content Strategy Director
  • Assist with maintaining the content schedule, keeping it accurate and up to date across all channels
  • Create and publish content across social channels, including @dazed, @dazedfashion, and @dazedbeauty
  • Coordinate co-branded content going live across channels, liaising with the Dazed Studio team where needed
  • Keep the schedule aligned with what's in production, working with the Video Coordinator and Senior Content Producer
  • Handle a range of administrative duties, including meeting notes, actions, and general scheduling
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from across the business, prioritising effectively
  • Stay across the cultural calendar and feed relevant moments back to the social and editorial teams
  • Support content and talent research

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
