SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

Reporting to: Social Media Lead

Location: London / Hybrid

Working pattern: Full-time

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the Social Media Lead, the Social Media Assistant will play an important role in the management of social media across Sanderson Design Group’s portfolio of brands.

You’ll take ownership of the running of our social channels, including publishing, community management, UGC, social research and content coordination, while supporting wider campaigns and activity across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.

As our brands continue to expand their social presence, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing social function, working across some of the UK’s best-known interior design brands.

We’re looking for someone who is social-savvy, highly organised and genuinely interested in interiors, design and culture, with a natural curiosity for what makes brands and content successful online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

  • Day-to-day management of comments, DMs and interactions across social channels.
  • Monitor conversations and identify opportunities for meaningful engagement.
  • Identify and escalate customer service queries, complaints or more complex issues where appropriate.
  • Monitor mentions and relevant conversations around our brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
