Role: Casual - five days per week, working flexible hours based on team needs and the sporting calendar.

Location: London Bridge (minimum three days a week in-office).

The Team:

talkSPORT is the world’s biggest sports radio station and a globally renowned digital publisher, with a social footprint of more than 12M followers.

The talkSPORT.com team spans several departments – including editorial, social, audience and tech – and we’re looking for a new Social Media Assistant to help ideate and create high-quality image graphics, alongside promoting website articles across our various social channels.

The Role:

You’ll utilise your creativity to take a proactive lead on creating bespoke, high-quality image graphics for our various social media channels. These will serve to spark on-platform engagement – encouraging audiences to interact with our posts – and to drive traffic back to our owned and operated platforms, namely talksport.com.

Working closely with the Social Media Editor and wider editorial team, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our accounts, ensuring talkSPORT’s website content is promoted quickly, accurately, and creatively across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who lives and breathes sport, has solid graphic design skills, and wants to kickstart a career in social media.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
