Part-Time Creative Content Assistant Central London

With Emma Productions is a creative social media and branding agency working with a variety of clients including luxury brands, restaurants, hotels, artistic projects, and lifestyle businesses. Every client has a unique identity, making our work highly creative, visual, and constantly evolving.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented person to support our day-to-day content production and digital marketing activities.
Role Overview
- Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media platforms
- Support the planning and scheduling of posts for client accounts
- Assist with brainstorming creative ideas, trends, and content concepts
- Help maintain strong visual consistency across different brands
- Support ongoing digital marketing and content organization tasks

What We’re Looking For
- Basic video editing skills are enough (CapCut, Edits, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics is essential
- Interest in social media, branding, and digital culture
- Creative, organized, and proactive mindset
- Ability to adapt to different visual styles and client identities

Position Details
- Location: London based
- Approximate monthly budget: around £500/month depending on experience and scope

Because many of our clients operate within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, and creative industries, a strong visual sensibility and attention to aesthetic detail are extremely important. We are looking for someone who naturally understands branding, style, visual consistency, and contemporary social media aesthetics. An interest in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, design, and cultural trends is highly appreciated. Technical editing skills can be learned, having a strong creative eye is key.
