Synthesia
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About The Role
Most people think AI is coming for their job. We think it's coming for the boring parts of it.
We're looking for someone smart, curious, and highly organised to help run Synthesia's social presence day to day. You don't need years of social media experience or to have already led a global social strategy. We're more interested in someone who's a strong communicator, has good instincts, gets the internet, and is excited to learn.
You'll help manage how Synthesia - and some of the people behind it - show up across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. That means keeping our content calendar organised, getting posts live at the right moment, engaging with the people talking to us, and making sure great ideas don't get lost in the shuffle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
