šŸ“Œ About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Associate to support our Social Media and Community Manager team in the launch of our future success. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is excited to learn what goes into successfully launching a game in today’s competitive market.

šŸ› ļø Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly social calendars across all active games and platforms - this includes from initial concepts through to approval, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with departments (marketing, art, video, etc) to ensure social assets are briefed, created, reviewed, and delivered on time.
  • Write social copy and schedule approved posts through Hootsuite.
  • Ensure social content is prepared and scheduled for key marketing beats.
  • Manage social account updates, including bios, links, banners, profile images, and pinned posts as needed per key marketing beats.
  • Stay up to date with social trends and identify opportunities for content.
  • Take over all the game social media accounts (not the Playstack social accounts).
  • Set up new social accounts for new games where necessary.
  • Manage daily interactions across active social media channels, including comments, replies, messages, and general community engagement.
  • Monitor community sentiment and flag significant issues or emerging conversations.
  • Weekly KPI tracking across social + community channels for all games.
  • Monthly social reports covering performance, top-performing content, key learnings, and recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
