About us

LOUÉ Studio is an independent handbag brand made in Ubrique, Spain. We launched in 2025 and create bags in limited editions, using exceptional deadstock and next-generation materials.

We’re entering an exciting phase, with new products, new launches and a much bigger focus on growth. LOUÉ is founder-led and has been built community-first, with a highly engaged audience that has followed the brand closely from the beginning.

Now, we want to take our storytelling and content to the next level and are looking for someone to help build the content engine behind LOUÉ.

The role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Executive to help build and run the content engine behind LOUÉ.

You’ll own the day-to-day content calendar and help turn product launches, founder perspectives, craftsmanship and BTS moments into strong content across social, email and other relevant channels.

But this is not simply a social media posting job; it’s a role about thinking deeply about content, testing what works and understanding what drives demand and sales. A big part of the role is building a repeatable content machine: generating ideas, testing different topics, angles, hooks and formats, analysing what performs, understanding why, and using those learnings to improve the next round. We don’t want to make one video, post it and move on. We want to build real knowledge around what drives attention, demand and sales, and double down on it.

You won’t be expected to define the brand direction alone, but this also isn’t a role where you’ll simply execute instructions. You’ll work within the broader direction, bring your own ideas and judgement, and take real ownership of your work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you’ll do

  • Own and plan the content calendar across LOUÉ and the founder account, with founder content focused on handbag expertise and the BTS of building the brand
  • Develop content ideas and turn them into strong scripts, hooks, shot lists and formats
  • Test different topics, angles, hooks and creative variations, analyse performance and use the learnings to improve the next round; keep an organised bank of ideas, tests, results and winning formats
  • Create and edit short-form social content with attention to hooks, pacing and retention
  • Repurpose content across social, Pinterest, Substack and blog where relevant
  • Draft newsletters, launch and promotional emails in Klaviyo
  • Help build demand ahead of launches, grow waitlists, and support the journey through to conversion
  • As a small brand, expect to jump in beyond your core remit – no two weeks are the same, and we’re looking for someone happy to do what needs to be done to succeed as a team.

Who you are

  • You have 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience and can demonstrate results. Candidates with less formal experience will also be considered if they have strong relevant experience, such as building and growing their own account
  • You understand what makes content perform, not just what makes it look good, and are naturally curious and experimental – testing hooks, angles and formats, learning from the results and iterating quickly
  • You’re creative and commercially sharp, with a strong aesthetic eye, good brand instinct and a clear objective behind the work
  • You’re proactive, organised and able to manage a consistent content pipeline from idea through to execution
  • You’re a strong writer and can adapt your tone across brand, founder and commercial content
  • You can create and edit polished short-form social content to a good standard; you don’t need to be a professional editor
  • You have excellent English and are based in Europe
  • We’re ideally looking for someone full-time who wants to become an integral part of the team and grow with LOUÉ. That said, we’re open to discussing a part-time arrangement (3+ days per week) for an exceptional candidate.
  • Ideal start date: ASAP.
