WHY YOU’RE HERE
Are you passionate about brilliant food, dynamic social storytelling, and high-impact digital campaigns? We are looking for a creative, highly organised, and data-informed Social Media Campaign Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract to help elevate our restaurant brands and culinary experiences!
WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO
- Campaign coordination & delivery: Coordinate the planning and delivery of social media and marketing campaigns across our owned & operated sites (Catherine Street & Jamie Oliver Cookery School).
- Day-to-day social media and digital platform management: Including scheduling and publishing content, managing social content calendars, coordinating approvals, and ensuring brands remain active, accurate and on-brand.
- Content capture & asset coordination: Work with our internal team to coordinate production and delivery of social content and marketing assets. Have flexibility to visit sites and capture where necessary.
- Paid media support: Support the planning, set-up and ongoing management of paid Meta campaigns, coordinating creative assets, copy, campaign information, and deadlines. Monitor activity and work with the Senior Marketing Manager to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Channel administration: Maintain clear campaign plans, calendars, trackers, and briefing documents.
- Reporting & performance: Track social, digital and campaign performance, maintaining regular reports and helping to identify key insights and areas of improvement. Support the Senior Marketing Manager with campaign reviews and post-campaign reporting.
- Social Media monitoring: Monitor platform updates, relevant trends and competitor activity, sharing useful findings with the wider marketing team and identify opportunities to support campaign growth.
- Provide support for the social media presence across the Jamie Oliver Restaurant franchise group - providing content guidance, support on toolkits, brand assets and best recommendations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Experience: Proven track record in a social media or digital marketing coordination role, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-site lifestyle brands.
- Social & Paid Media Platforms: Hands-on experience managing organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite) along with setting up, tracking, and optimising paid Meta ad campaigns.
- Content Capture & Creation: Proficiency in capturing on-site social-first content (mobile video, basic photography) and using content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Scheduling & Analytics Tools: Practical knowledge of social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and reporting tools to evaluate campaign KPIs and produce actionable insights.
- Brand & Franchise Toolkit Delivery: Familiarity with working within established brand guidelines and distributing marketing toolkits and asset packs to third parties or franchise partners.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT
- Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented: Manages multiple campaign timelines, asset approvals, and social calendars with accuracy and structured execution.
- Proactive & Creative Initiative: Continuously spots real-time trends and key moments for our Owned and Operated sites, taking ownership to capture and deliver relevant content.
- Collaborative Communicator: Builds strong working relationships across internal Marketing, Social Media, Operations and Communications teams, Management Teams at Jamie Oliver Catherine Street and the Cookery Schools, and franchise partners.
- Data-Informed & Results-Driven: Evaluates performance metrics regularly to optimise channel activity, messaging, and visual creative and commercial impact.
- Brand Ethos Champion: Embody Jamie Oliver's brand values and passion for joyful, sustainable food across all social media and digital communications.
This is a fixed term role for 4 months.
