About the role

We’re looking for a creative, culturally aware and commercially minded Social Media & Campaign Lead to take ownership of our social media presence and deliver engaging, integrated marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate must have experience working within the fashion industry, ideally within streetwear, menswear or a closely related lifestyle brand. You’ll have a strong understanding of fashion culture, consumer behaviour and the content that resonates with style-conscious audiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive who is ready to step into a lead role. You’ll manage the day-to-day planning and delivery of social content and campaigns, turning brand and commercial objectives into relevant, distinctive activity.

How to apply

Please send your CV, a short covering statement and examples of fashion-focused social media content or campaigns you have delivered to info@godmadeclo.com. This may include a portfolio, social media accounts, campaign case studies or relevant performance results.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the social media strategy and content calendar across all relevant platforms.
  • Plan and deliver brand, product, collection and seasonal campaigns from brief through to launch and evaluation.
  • Develop social-first concepts that reflect the brand’s identity and position within fashion and culture.
  • Create campaign plans, timelines, creative briefs and channel-specific content.
  • Produce, commission and edit engaging written, visual and short-form video content.
  • Support the planning and delivery of collection launches, collaborations, events and retail activations.
  • Work closely with the creative, e-commerce, design, merchandising and wider marketing teams.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every channel.
  • Manage community engagement and build relationships with the brand’s audience.
  • Identify relevant trends and conversations across fashion, streetwear, menswear, music and youth culture.
  • Coordinate photographers, videographers, models, stylists, agencies, influencers and content creators.
  • Build authentic relationships with creators, tastemakers and relevant cultural communities.
  • Support paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget monitoring and optimisation.
  • Track campaign and channel performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Produce regular reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and developments within the fashion and streetwear markets.
  • Ensure content complies with brand guidelines, platform requirements and relevant advertising regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
