Company Description
Sanja Stories is an ultra slow 'collaborative' fashion brand that invites customers to participate in the full journey/story. To minimize waste, maintain high quality, and ensure ethical production, manufacturing begins only after 200 customers commit to a design. Customers can choose to pay in full or use manageable monthly payment plans. Over five months, they follow the story of their jeans from seed to seam, gaining transparency into every step. SanjaStories offers a deliberate and thoughtful buying experience built on patience, sustainability, and meaningful connection with the product.
Opportunity to be a part of a new way of doing business and to be a part of a regenerative brand that re-invests in itself.
Role Description
COLLABORATOR WANTED — SOCIAL MEDIA + STORYTELLING - AWARENESS
Sanja Stories is looking for a hands-on social media collaborator to help us tell our story and grow the community around what we’re building.
And when we say hands-on, we mean doing the do.
We’re not looking for someone to arrive with a 47-page social media strategy and then disappear.
We need someone who enjoys actually making things happen.
Someone who can:
- Create and post content across our social channels
- Turn the things we’re already doing into interesting stories
- Shoot simple, good-looking phone content
- Edit reels / short-form video
- Write copy that sounds human, not corporate
- Engage with people and help grow the community
- Spot stories, collaborations, and moments worth amplifying
- Work with us to test what works and do more of it

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Sanja Stories is a collaborative slow-fashion project.
We make clothing differently — working across design, making, storytelling, and circular systems, with collaboration built into the model.
So this isn't really a traditional “social media manager” role.
We’d love someone entrepreneurial who wants to get inside the project, bring ideas, make things, experiment, and help us build.
You might be freelance, early in your career, a brilliant content creator looking for something more meaningful, or someone with your own creative practice.
What matters most is that you have energy, taste, curiosity, and follow-through.
You don't need to know everything about circular fashion.
You do need to be someone who gets things done.
Interested — or know someone brilliant?
DM us and tell us a little about yourself + send us examples of things you've made.
